_Isabel, la conquista de Granada

For more than seven centuries the Christian kingdoms gradually moved up to take control of the Iberian Peninsula. Only one last stronghold of former Muslim power stayed: the Moorish kingdom of Granada. Few events figure more dramatically in Spain’s past than the conquest of Granada, and no other year is more prominent than 1492.

The aim of the project is to picture the ten battles during those ten years of struggle from their protagonists’ points of view by offering the user the choice between the Christian or Muslim side to examine the Reconquest. The historical period plays an important role in the work, years before the discovery of America, the establishment of the Inquisition and the expulsion of the Jews from Spain.
