Guernica – Pintura de Guerra (Guernica – Portrait of War) is a full interactive project on one of Picasso’s most famous paintings. This is a multiplatform project that includes a webdoc, a Windows Media Center app, an Interactive TV app (on DTT) and a 60’ video documentary broadcasted by TV3 – Catalonia’s public television network. This interactive documentary tested a new approach to the consumption of audio-visual content and also provides new insights into the painting and its historical significance. Picasso’s canvas became a symbol of peace and an indictment of the Franco dictatorship.
